But in reality, it often involves taking small, gradual steps forward, with moments of stillness or even anxiety about what the future holds.
In the creation of Hairprose, I understand the profound drive to keep moving forward in the face of challenges. The world may provide just enough support to fuel determination. When the need to heed, retract and throw in the towel feels final, the random sign appears: an old coworker I consider a close friend wanders towards me outside of Marshalls on a day when the clouds loom grey; the previous owner of the salon I worked in last and whom I consider my most recent mentor is seated next to me at brunch on a random Sunday; the business man who embraces my entrepreneurial spirit with lots of laughs, passion in my project, and belief in my background who shares constant encouragement. This relentless desire to progress, unwavering and unyielding, resonates deeply. My goal at Hairprose is to embody this spirit by continuous growth in research for best practices, products, and technique in a welcoming environment.
